Not a Country Club
The fact this this place has country club after its name is a disservice to actual country clubs. Course conditions were average for a public municipal course. Greens were slow, course set up was terrible. Tee markers were in locations so far in front or back of tee box that in order to tee off one's set up would actually be outside the tee box area. They have no idea how to replace old cup locations, on several greens old cup locations were dried out and bumpy. They were so close to the current cup it caused several issues on short putts. Would not recommend this course. Some holes on the front side were solid from a design standpoint, back nine is a waste of time.
A great time was had by all
I played Monroe Golf and Country Club for the first time this afternoon. Loved the course layout and conditions. Nice putting surfaces and well manicured fairways. Whats not to like ?

Have a great day with my Son playing Monroe Country Club. Course in good condition and fun to play. We played 18 in less than 3 hours!
I would definitely play it again.
Should never have opened after all the rain that was received. Course was in horrible shape.
