About
Brae Burn Golf Club in Plymouth has a traditional layout with a landscape that ranges from gently rolling to wildly undulating. On most holes, elevated tees play to elevated greens. The large, undulating greens usually slope back to front. Golfers will encounter water on 15 holes and the fairways are lined with mature trees. The bunkering is sparse but strategically placed and there are also rough-enhanced moguls protecting the greens, a unique feature at Brae Burn. One tip if it is your first time on the golf course is to study the course diagram beforehand since there are many hidden ponds that come into play on the fairways and greensides. The course's most famous hole is the par-5 13th, nicknamed "The Monster" since it measures a devilish 666 yards. This tricky hole double doglegs to the left and then back towards the right.

Was unable to finish round
While on 13 I was looking for a ball close to the woods and I was riding in the rough as your signs said to. Well there was a really soft spot and I ended up mud from head to toe. Is there anyway I csn get a rain check? I wanted to finish but was soaked snd covered in mud. Please let. Me know thanks!

Great condition
Finally dried out and the greens are great after aerating..other than 17. Everything is green and great. Play it b4 the leaves fall! Got 3 more great weeks.

Course was awful and a swamp, shouldn’t of even let us play with the horrible conditions all over this course! It sucked and I will never be back. Not kept up, dead grass laying all over, by far one of the worst I golfed at. Had to wait for a cart while they cleaned it because they don’t have many. Didn’t even finish the 9th hole, I was over it and left. Super disappointing! Wouldn’t recommend it.

Soggy mess
Is what it is this year with so much rain...got lucky and played the round under 4 hours...lost a couple drives in the middle of the fairway...low points...nothing you can do. 1st less than 4 hour all year
