Not set up for the handicapped
Too strenuous going up and down to tee boxes or walk to the other side away from the cart path. Cart would stop. Not a fan.
Relaxing Fun
We had a fun time at this par 3 course. Friendly staff. Grounds well maintained. I recommend this course for the “laid back” golfers. I definitely would come back to exercise my iron skills.
Fun par 3
This was a fun par 3 to play. Course was in good shape. Greens were very slow and tons of ball marks on the green. Greens are very tricky to putt
Great Par 3 course
Great par 3 course challenging many yardages in your bag. Greens were rolling great
Good early season practice
Most of the holes are pretty short. The course was not crowded. Zipped right through 18 hole in about an hour and a half playing by myself.
I found the short game practice valuable. Also, made me realize a lot of my scoring issues stem from struggling to hit driver off the tee while playing on a regular golf course.
I played this course before and it was Ok. Now they have the monitors on cart and they control everything. They should tell you when you book that it is cart path only. Too frustrating with these carts. I left after 9 holes
Aeration
Any course should warn or discount a round when the greens have just been aerated. This is especially true of a part 3 course. Think about why someone would be playing a part 3 course. The greens were almost unplayable. On top of that, we arrived a half hour prior to our 8:40 am tee time on a Saturday morning and no one was at the desk in the clubhouse to check us in. I found a young worker moving carts outside and he came in to check us in. He was friendly, but the course was clearly understaffed.
Strategic Par 3 Very Cool!!
Played the strategic par 3 for the first time for some short game work. Very Beneficial and a Very Unique course. Very well maintained and a Friendly's Staff.
Great spot
The course is great overall. There really wasn’t any longer par 3s I think there is a couple 120-130 yd shots but that’s the longest. Course conditions were great as well, you can tell that they take care of it often. The pace was just okay. Single golfer can run the course quick plus they book kick golf in with regular golf and they can play really quick. We were in a threesome, we aren’t very good at golf so needless to say we let 2-3 groups play through including a small soccer team of kick golfing kids (which was great to see for the first time, even offered to let us kick one). Overall I will be back but I will definetly try to book a less busy tee time so I have time to work on my short game.
