The course was in excellent condition. The fairways were in great shape as were the greens.

Good challenging course with lots of water. Not that long from the gold - about 5600 yds. Fairways and greens in spectacular condition. Only negative is I arrived, already paid, and was told dress code forbad wearing blue genes. I had driven some distance to get there so I was forced to buy shorts from the pro shop or I would no be allowed to play.

Very playable course...starts out with 2 short par 4's to get you warmed up. Relatively wide fairways (except for #2 and #10). Nicely manicured (did have a couple of dead fairway areas that need help) and greens were well conditioned, fairly fast, and with some tricky contours. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely play again.

The course is spread out over a very large area, wooded, could never see another hole.

I used golfnow and only paid $30 for the round. That was a very reasonable price considering I have paid that much for much lesser courses. I am frugal, but think the $40-$50 price range for this course is fair.

There were a couple of personal quirks I found with the course, but I can't be too critical. The course is challenging, well kept, and definitely worth playing.

I thought the front nine was just ok, but my opinion of the course changed when I got to the back nine. The nature surrounding the course makes for a peaceful and enjoyable round.

What stands out first about this course is how beautifully manicured all the holes are with lovely flower arrangements at most tee boxes.
This course appears at first blush to be easier than it really is and the back nine gets even harder. My partner played the regular men's tees and had to contend frequently with water and lost balls. The women's tees are somewhat more forgiving but the greens are well maintained and tough for everyone.

Great shape, good people. First 5 holes makes it look easy then you have your work cut out for the other 13 holes. I would play again but on vacation and just passing by.

My husband and I golfed and were both very impressed with the facility and the condition of the golf course. It is now one of my favorite Northern Michigan golf courses and would come back again. While I'm a 20+ handicap, he is a scratch golfer.

One of my top ten tracks. Manicured greens, excellent fairways, quick carts. I'll be back for many more rounds.

Great course.. Looks short but narrow front nine requires well placed shots. Back longer and more open with 3-425+yard par 4's. Great variety of par 3's from 135 to 205 yds. Immaculate conditions.

Beautiful course that lulls you into thinking easy-peasy but beware, lay up and be conservative before attacking. Great condition.

This was a fun outing for us as we were able to play at our own pace. The greens were in super shape as was the sand traps and fairways. This course design is a typical target golf on most holes. A suggestion would be to hit the club that gets you to the 150 marker and then play in from that point.
