Glacier Club

We were happy with all aspects of this course, the course was in great shape but the greens are super fast and the excessive excessive balls marks make it even tougher to putt. We played on a Sunday afternoon and got done at 4:30, we were looking forward to a burger and a drink after, but, the Bar/Grill was closed. I'm not sure why this was true, I did a quick count in the parking lot and there were over 70 cars in the parking lot, so plan on going somewhere else if you are hungry after.

Nice course, a premium on accuracy, course was in excellent shape. Saw the beer girl several times during the round.

Very nice course but found out they schedule tee times every 6 minutes and the starter was very pushy on the first tee to hit while group in front of us was working hitting distance. Other than that great course and well kept even through a dry period

I’ve played the course before..very fast greens. Course wasn’t the issue. Overbooking was the issue. Took us 3 hours to play 9 holes. We went to the back 9 thinking I was gonna be easier and it wasn’t. I thought at 8am we could start and have an open course. They would not give us a 9 hole rain check. They wanted to give us 7 dollars for the difference of whatever. So we just played the front 9 again. It was open and we played in in an hour and 20 mins. No food before 11. Just chips and drinks.

Good track. Greens more receptive than in past, however could use some repairs. Players need to learn how to fix ball marks. Goose issue on a few holes.

Arrived for our time and the young man behind the countrt with black hair was rather myphed that we got a good price with our group golfer coupon. Told us that we would have to wait because group golfer coupons are so cheap they have to put you with another group. Told us that was part of the deal that group golfer does not print on the ticket. There was no one else there so we were “allowed” to start just the 2 of us. Group golfer has no rules about going off as a foursome as part of the deal. If the course is busy we all understand being grouped together. The attitude was uncalled for. This guy needs retraining in customer service and also needs an update on course policy vs Group Golfer Policies. Course was in great shape. Had a great round once we got out of the club house.

Overall I was very happy with the course. It wa any first time playing and the course was in great shape, greens were fast and true. Staff was very friendly, would definetly go back again

I never take the time to do any reviews, but after my most recent interaction with the manager, heavy set guy, in the pro shop I will NEVER EVER set foot on their course again. It is a shame to come to this given that my employees, and friends have paid thousands of dollars to set up a summer league, yet this individual treats everyone with disrespect anytime we approach the pro shop, or call in for a make up session. Just today, on the phone, I attempted, politely, to set a make-up session due to missing my Thursday league time, and asked about any availability that the course might offer, even late in the day or evening. At which point he stated that "I told you three times that we don't have availability" and you can't make it up today. Accused me of being pushy, and said that i will not push my way in for a tee time today! Even though his inconsistent statement on golf leagues finish time being at 20:00, and their website reflecting an open tee time for 17:24 which is the time i requested anyways. So, basically, he lied on the phone, was obviously angry and miserable at his job! Have fun golfing at Glacier, many other courses around the area will treat you with respect, and want you to spend your money while enjoying a fun game of golf.

Narrow fairways and difficult rough. One of the few tracks I can still play the blue boxes. Missed fairways just two paces off and payed the price with buried lie in deep grass. Caught a twosome after 5 and they were held up by a five-some. I dont ever think 5 should be allowed on any course! Skipped two holes to get around slow pace.The five that let me pass on 6 was making the turn as I was finishing up on 18.

Other than that, A little maintenance needed off the fairways but still a good round.

Great Links course in Metro Detroit. The course is very well kept and overall moderate challenge. Course is a little narrow so accuracy is important. There is a lot of home construction around the course with a little noise but that is the only complaint. I definitely recommend this course.

Course in good shape sfter a long winter season. Had great time.

Couldn’t beat the hot deal price and the course was in good condition for it being so early in the season.

Love playing this course. Also on good condition and the pace is always timed well

This course is a very challenging track but the pace of play all times I have went has just been way too slow!!!! The course needs to do a better job of teeing groups off in proper time increments and policing pace of play!!!
