This is a truly nice looking course, but is was soaked the day we played it and didn't drain well at all. There was standing water in many of the fairways, and a number of bunkers had standing water. Several of my drives landed in puddles on the fairways. When you putted, you could see the water droplets coming off the ball as it went toward the hole. I would love to play this course again in good conditions as it has lots of water features that make it pleasing to the eye.
Fun but watch out
Many tee boxes near previous greens make the play a bit tentative..but awesome course and has many nautical challenges esp on no. 6

OK
Good condition with perfect greens. Wet so cart path only made it play longer. Only real complaint is they need a tee box between the silver and back . Par fours on some holes play to long from back and to short from silver.

Meh
Great location, with some great views of the lake, but the course is just Meh. The staff are very friendly, and the snack shack at the turn is awesome, but the pro shop doesn’t have much to it, and you have to hit off of mats at the range. The roughs were quite thick, and some of the fairways were a bit patchy. The greens were decent, though I’m not sure anyone else bothered to fix their ball marks. Biggest suggestion-they need a Marshall to monitor pace of play. The grumpy older couple in front of us (we caught them on the 2nd, despite our foursome teeing off 20+ minutes after them), actually picked up one of our balls because it landed near their cart several holes later. Not cool.

Great Course!
First time playing here. Had a great time and great round! My buddy and I got paired up with another twosome for our mid morning tee time. The other twosome was great! Meshed well with my buddy and I. The course layout is tight. Lots of water, trees and thick rough, but made for a great, challenging (for me) round! Staff in the clubhouse was friendly! Short driving range, but they do have the ultra nice mats! Almost like memory turf. Rates were pretty good for the area. Overall it was a great experience! I will definitely be back!

The weather was perfect and green condition was very good. The staffs were very friendly and kind. I will come back next time. Great value for the money.

Not too exciting
Plain course. Maybe only about 10 bunkers the entire course. Flat course. Not much to offer other than lots of water.

Excellent Condition
Bay Pointe is a beautiful, well maintained golf course. It has a great layout that features tree lined fairways and many water hazards. The staff is friendly and I always enjoy playing there. My only issue is that there are only two sets of tees. The Gold is 6231 and there are seven par 4’s over 360 yards. But the silver tees are only 4906. Being over 70, I can’t reach many of the holes in regulation.
