About
Located in Ypsilanti just off I-94 between Detroit Metro Airport and Ann Arbor is Eagle Crest Golf Club, operated by Eastern Michigan University and home to the college golf teams. Eagle Crest opened in 1987 and is a daily-fee course with a Marriott hotel located onsite. The elevated driving range and practice area overlooks Ford Lake and the course layout features several holes that play along its shores. The highlight is the signature par-5 16th hole that features a shallow, peninsula green on the lake. In 2012, EMU embarked on a 20-year master plan to the golf course that will elevate the stature of the course among NCAA host courses. Enhancements include tree management and more views of the lake, rebuilt greens and rerouted cart paths.

Eagle Crest, Ypsilanti MI
Beautiful course! Challenging but still fun for novices. Some greens had flaws in the grass - a little patchy- but still playable. Hoping to return soon.
Eagle crest. " awesome "
Can't believe I never played it before.. This is how all golf course"s should be. I am looking forward to playing it again someday. It is 1.5 hours away for me but well worth the drive. A +

This course was challenging but fair and was in great condition

You can find amazing deals at this course threw this website. This course is not for a beginning golfer, but it does offer great views of Ford Lake.
Great Course in Michigan
Played with my son and we had a great time. This is one of the best courses we have played in- challenging holes, great scenenary and a great staff.

Great Challenging Course
The course is very challenging and the pace of play was great. Some of the greens were okay but I would play here again in a heartbeat.

I played with my son and thought the course was excellent. The pratice chipping, putting areas were also a great side benefit to our round.

Construction left my car a mess after i had just gotten it washed. Had a great time on the course though.
Great course
It was a great experience to play at Eagle Crest. It was a sunny Friday afternoon, when I browsed on golf now a $11 walking deal pump up.

Course resembled a postcard with beautiful colours, immaculate maintenance and gorgeous vistas.
Very challenging track!
I would have given the course condition 5 stars, but half of the greens were under reconstruction, due to the harsh winter. The facility is spectacular, from the club house to the practice tees, first class all the way. I got a hot deal for a 2:10pm tee time, and the value, even with the greens conditions, was a bargain. I just moved up here from Raleigh, NC and if I can manage the same deal, I'll try to swing here all summer.
Scenic and challenging
Great day for a round of golf. Beautiful weather, not crowded, and challenging but not impossible holes. Views around the lake are nice and different than many others around Ann Arbor.
Great Course
One of my favorite courses in the Ann Arbor Area. For this early in the season the course was in great condition. Can't wait till early summer when it's at its best.
