About
Located in between Ypsilanti and Ann Arbor, Washtenaw Golf Club, founded in 1899, is one of the most historic clubs in the state of Michigan. The club was private for most of its history, but an ownership change in 2019 turned this venerable layout into one of the area’s best public experiences. The 18-hole course plays 6,512 yards from the championship tees, though there are four sets of tees The club is in the midst of a multi-year restoration and enhancement project, guided by architect Ray Hearn, that includes green enlargements, tree management, and in the installation of some new championship tees. Facilities here include a putting green, small driving range, chipping green, and a large clubhouse, grill and bar, patio and event space.

Great course, golfers can't fix a ball mark
Beautiful course on a nice Friday afternoon.
Fun layout and good condition. Only problem was the crazy number of ball marks left everywhere and every bunker I hit in had at least 3 people craters from not cleaning up after their shots.
Was just disappointed a nice course was being treated pretty poorly by the golfers.

Most of the greens are sloppy which makes it it is hard in the windy early spring.
