Challenging and Beautiful
Some of the hardest "short game" play I have experienced. More than a few times looked at a steep uphill chip 10 feet off the green with a steady downhill green! Greens are FAST.
Enjoy the beauty, embrace the frustration.
Nice course
Enjoyed the course, and found the tee boxes and greens to be in excellent conditions. Fairways were just okay. The rough is rough, and the course is a little tight in places, but overall a challenging course that rewards good iron play.

Great course layout. You will need a great short gamr
Scenic course. Most of the greens are elevated. Need to shave some of the trees back from the blue tees.

Challenging and Beautiful course
This course was well maintained and had a lot of different challenges throughout the course. It's a great looking course with lots of trees and of course the Mississippi River.

Blind shots
We both loved the shape the fairways and greens were in but overall there was to many blind shots off the tees and into the greens for first time players here.

Challenging course
The course was in great shape but we had the guy mowing the greens in front of us the whole round. Why don't they start on 18 and work backwards. That way you only disrupt 1 group per hole not 1 group the entire round!! Other than that the course was in great shape and we played in 3 hours. Not a course for a beginner! Mounded greens will drive a beginner crazy.

Course is great, Clubhouse is not clean
Course was in great condition and challenging. Clubhouse was dirty and the bathrooms were bad shape and probably not cleaned for over a week. It made me question the cleanliness of the kitchen; thus no meal was ordered.
Beverage cart was on-time and attentive. Great service.

Beautiful, challenging golf course!
Course is in great shape. Most greens have false fronts, sides and backs. Greens have many crowns and undulations. Placement on greens can be critical. Several blind shots, but not too many. Many bunkers fortified with vertical timbers-beware. Sharpen your wedge game! Very friendly staff, terrific food and nice patio with Mississippi River views.

Mission Dune
Pace of play was very slow, it is a very long course for women to play. They need to add different Teebox's for the women , The yardage for women do not match up with is on the card

The dunes
Awesome course at a great value. If u need a challenge this is the place.
Out of state ppl need to play atleast once.
Go during the wkday and the course is all yours.

Makes you think
This is not a course you can daydream around. A sharp, adaptive short game helps. I don't hit every green in regulation so to save par or even bogey you have to figure out the best way, within your abilities to get up and down. The terrain varies so plan your route to the green. I have played the course before and experience helps.
course was in great shape
the course was in great shape the only reason why i did not give it 5 stars the service was lousy at best understaffed bartender was also checking people in and they ran out of food
good day on the course
Course was in good shape for the time of the year, 4-4-15. Club house bathroom rooms (mens) was in very bad shape. Need's a good cleaning, Seemed to be under staffed.
Great course
This course is always in great shape. Fun course to play. Has some blind shots that I am not a huge fan of. But not to bad. Staff was extremely friendly and my lunch was very good. The first hole can be tough early in the morning because you're looking directly into the sun.
Still Pristine in October
The course is still in great shape. The staff is friendly and helpful. The course is still in the same shape as it was in August; excellent. Be careful around the greens, the apron is shaved tight so it is easy to roll off the green. No GPS in the cart so bring your own.
The dunes
Played the dunes and had a ton of fun!! Extremely difficult course, however, true and fast greens.
Extremely interesting course
Admittedly, it would be nice to have some local knowledge when playing this for the first time. All the holes are visually interesting , but the playability is actually very good provided you can keep the ball on track. Recovery from a bad shot can test you! Bring your short game!!!
love this GREEN
our group just love goin there...... ben at pro shop thanks for everything.. even we show up late for our teetime, there let us go without any question or problem...
only downsize is there took the GPS ...but on fairway there is all the yard maker.. thats help a lot... green is always fun to putt.... its crazy fast and crazy fun.....
