Glencoe Country Club

I had went shortly after it had rained so definitely need to give them the benefit of the doubt. Even with that being said, the course was well maintained and just the right amount of challenging for an amateur! It’s a little far from the Twin Cities but worth the drive. I will definitely be going back!

I did not know until I got to the course at six holes were closed due to water and the pace was very slow. I wouldn’t have paid half this much had I known that. The holes that were open were OK but some we’re also very flooded

It was not worth the cost and the long drive

Course was in exceptional condition for 3/3/24. The speed of puts was very consistent. Sand traps were being filled in so we didn’t play out of them. We walked and it wasn’t wet and spongy as some are early in the season. My only complaint was the layout as it was a little confusing at times as it was our first time playing it. We’ll be back once there are leaves on the trees.

Decent course; strange layout; very nice greens; nice guy running the clubhouse. We had a great time and we were done in 3 hours and 40 minutes on a Sunday afternoon.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Course was in decent shape, but is a confusing layout. Pace of play was excellent for a Sunday (3:45 for 18 holes). Fun course to play; on the spendy side for average conditions.

Took 6 and 8 year old out for the first time. Played best ball but pace of play was still obviously slower. Staff and patrons were very friendly. Sure we had to let a couple groups play through, but everyone was very cordial and it made for a great experience. Two new golfers are asking to go back everyday now.

Played front 9. Conditions were good for limited watering. As far as value for the money I will be back for a no pressure good time.. honestly give it a try. It was more than I expected

I play here once a week about great value normally not busy and good shape
