Staff in clubhouse are rude and don’t care much about you being the paying customer. You’re inconveniencing them by playing. The starters are out a plenty but don’t do a whole lot in terms of making sure everyone continues to move and follow basic etiquette.
Always enjoy Sucamore Hills
Course condiituos we’re excellent, tee boxes, fairways, rough and greens were excellent. we worked they the front nine very quickly, however on back 9 a twosome snuck in between us and the group that was in front of us On the front 9. they were often playing 2 balls. Too bad
Great course and amenities
Great course top to bottom. Tees, fairway, greens, cart paths, bathrooms and carts, everything in great shape. The cost was great compared to others in the immediate area for a far superior course.
The cart path was brand new. Personally, I hate cart paths. But if you have one, maintain it. And this course does it, smooth all the way.
SCAM alert
Starters told me the North course was pretty empty, got through the first two holes fairly quick. ALL OF A SUDDEN when getting to the third tee box there were 3 karts and then hole four had 4 karts and so on if you want to play 4 holes in an hour and a half this is your place :)
Beautiful course
Beautiful course but very difficult for a beginner golfer. I lost a lot of balls. However I will be back when I get better.
Terrible pace
It took us 3 hours to play 7 holes. We ended up having to leave before we could finish 9 holes. We even called the ranger to have him go talk to the groups in front of us, but he didn’t do anything he just drove by. Two groups up from us there was a woman who would hit 3 or 4 tee shots in every box.
Bad experience but nice course.
Over priced and over booked
We show up for a 704 tee time and there’s already a back up for an hour on the north, they closed the south because it was flooded, the west was flooded as well but still let golfers out.. I understand not having control of the weather but when you know your course is under water you should not be taking tee time reservations as if you’re wide open.. on top of that you’re charging 60$ a round.. the greens were not maintained, the tee boxes were not maintained, and in 5 hours of 90° golf we seen a cart girl twice… who by the way does not accept cards??? Terrible experience! Will not be back
