Good course in Metro Detroit
I have lived in the Shores for almost 20 years and as long as I’ve been golfing it has been my home course. The staff is great. The course is fun albeit a little short and just all in all a good time. I try to go at least once a week and always enjoy my time

Course Good, Pace not
Played an afternoon round in the 94 degree heat.
Group ahead had 4 people, 2 golf bags??????
They let us play through on 2.
We quit after 16 as the 17th hole had 3 groups waiting counting us.
Marshalls were no help.
Lots of non-golfers trying to play golf.
Go for a bike ride for goodness sake.

Course layout is decent. Fairways a relief left and right on several holes. Good challenge for all skill levels. I'm a 15 handicap

nice course. Very wet but the staff is very strict on how fast you move. They hawk over you like some golf course police. It seriously ruined my game.
