Par 3 at Riverside Golf Club

The best part about this course was the clubhouse and staff was friendly the time we played there.

The greens were recently aerated, so it was like putting on an eggo waffle. I've been to courses where they punched recently, but nothing close to this.

The front 9 took forever and I guess half the groups gave up because the back nine was fine as far as pace goes. At one point in the front nine, we were passed by two carts who went down by an area we couldn't see too well. We thought maybe there was a portapotty down there and they knew this, but once we rolled up we realized they all just peed on a retaining wall! Anyway, I peed there too so if you are reading this maybe put in a portapotty down there!

Terrible golf course. It is like playing in a backyard. The staff was yelling loudly because someone was driving their car near the first tee box - that is the epitome of this place. We were forced to double up (booked for two). Go to the range instead, go putt-putt, do anything but play this course.

Horrible Place with terrible and selfish ownership. Ill just preface by saying I have played this course at least 10 times a year the last 3 years. Every time pace of play is horrible and the rangers are absolute trash humans. Now on to Sunday events, We had a 3 person round scheduled for early morning. 2 of them came down with covid and woke up with fevers and couldn't play. Instead of just taking our reservation fees and realizing it might help with their horrible pace of play. Instead they decided to charge me 90 dollars for a round we didn't play. This wouldn't bother me so much if it wasn't for the multiple rounds I have played with horrible trash humans that yell at other golfers and ruin everyone's time that claim they know the "owner" and dont have to pay for rounds. They claim they get to come up every weekend day and play 36 holes for free which is a slap in the face to all the paying customers that respect the course and the game. Wont be seeing me spend any more hard earn money at this place run by thugs that just want to give their "buddies" a free place to play. Disgusting customer service that is like a spit in the face to the customers that actual pay to use this course.

Horrible place that will no longer be getting my money for tee times. I started golfing 3 years ago and been to this course 10 times at least a year. Till Saturday when I had two members of a threesome come down sick with covid symptoms. It was an early morning tee time and I didnt hear from them till just before the tee time. Then I find out that instead of just not filling the spot and helping their already horrible pace of play. They decided to charge me 90 dollars since my partners ended up sick. Absolutely horrible way to treat paying customers especially when I get matched all the time with horrible humans that supposedly know the owner and flaunt in our face(paying customers) that he gets to play back to back 18 hole rounds for free every weekend. Just another scumbag place that treats paying customers like crap while using their ownership to benefit their friends and allow them to play on fully booked days. When there is already 3 groups backed up on the first and second hole tee boxes.

Pace of play was very slow. On some holes there were three groups waiting to tee off and two groups behind us. We skipped the last three holes because we were tired of waiting. The course condition is poor. You either hit of a small piece of grass, brown grass and weeds or dirt. This course is not maintained very well.

Too many high handicap golfers on the course. No Marshall to keep pace of playing moving along. Two groups backed up on almost every hole - took right at 5hrs to complete

Booked a tee time Sunday morning and was immediately rushed to the tee box. Front 9 went great but when we made the turn they started to send people off the back 9 as well as the front 9 without warning. Backs up the entire course. On 18 was told to hurry up because they had run out of carts since they don’t know how to count or properly space tee times to keep carts consistently. Followed us into the parking lot to get the cart barely giving us a chance to even get our things out of it. It’s cheap but they don’t know what they’re doing so don’t expect too much out of them

Got to the course after booking a tee time on the GolfNow app only to be told the course was closing in two hours. Why would an 18 hole tee time be available to book 2 hours before closing time? Terrible.

All greens are in excellent condition....fun course to play and pace moves fast.

Always a fun course to play, not too easy, not too difficult. Staff is always amazing and the value can’t be beat. I play here quite a bit and have never had an unpleasant experience, always look forward to a round here. Keep it up!

If you want to work out a new club or just learning yourself then this is an ok course. If you enjoy bone dry tee boxes and elderly foursomes that don’t allow you to play through and no course Marshall’s then this is the course for you lol.

This place is a goat track for certain. The tees and fairways are very, very poor. The rough is spotty or non-existent. The greens have grass, but they are slow and pocked with ball marks - which says something about the 'golfers' who play there. BONUS: Plays quickly and check-in is easy.

Needs a lot of work. T boxes are bad, fairways are horrible. The course has potential but it needs a lot of work
