Rainout
Round was rained out due to heavy downpours. Will reschedule later. Golfnow customer service was very accommodating.
Wash out.
Cant rate the course fairly. Was unable to play because of delay in course opening due to wet conditions . Prevented carts on the course which meant a long walk if I wanted to play. Not walking when I paid for a Cart.
Long course with large greens
This is a pretty good metro park course. Plays pretty long even from the white tees. The dry, fast fairways helped, but a pretty stiff wind made some holes challenging. Still, worth checking out, but beware the $10 park entry fee if you are from out of town.
Kensington Metro Golf Course
Course is in excellent condition
Challenging but forgiving.
Only negative is that they do not have a driving range only a couple of nets.
The course was packed but the pace of play was comfortable.
Overall a super experience.
Good Condition - but Narrow Fairways
Was impressed by the good condition of the tees and greens -- relative to other courses in the area. Fairways were extremely narrow when we played -- perhaps a pending tournament. Bottom line, don't miss the fairway, or your in some tough rough
Always a pleasure to play this course. The park fee sucks
The only think I do not like is you have to pay the entry fee to the park. $10.00 for the day. This is inappropriate and should not be included. This fee is not explained when you sign up online. The park should offer a one day free golf pass. This is always a great fun local course to play. I especially like the Par 3 eighth hole.
Great Conditions and fast play early
The course is in great shape. Greens are fast and fairways and tees are in nice shape.
Bunkers hadn’t received a good raking raking yet, but my tee time was early.
Third group off the tee and finished the round in just over 3 hours.
