Good bang for your buck
I enjoy this course. Also I love to walk and it's very much walking friendly. Design is nothing amazing but interesting enough. Noise from the freeway is a little annoying on several holes
Very nice condition and layout. I played on Sunda and the pace of play was extremely slow.
Potential
This course has great potential with a new greenskeeper. Gas carts are older with no GPS. Greens were rolling well - perhaps the best aspect of the course. Very little definition between the fairway and rough. Over as ll you can’t beat the value for a County Park course.
Nice place to play
Pass by this course and always wanted to play it, exactly half way point between my son .. we talked and will definitely meet there for a round again for sure.. a lot of wildlife on the course and will come up to you!!! Good times
Nice course
My grandpa worked here and used to take me here when I was younger so I'm a bit bias. So this is basically like my home course so I love it. I like the layout of the holes and it's not too long or short. If you drive the ball far there is definitely a few holes that will play much easier with a long drive. If you can get a good deal definitely come and play here.
Metro course good
Good course, however, the sound from the highway is loud for the first Five holes. Other than that, it is a pretty standard parks course.
Surprised a bit
My group was a bit surprised by just how nice Kensington was. We typically play some of the higher end public courses in the area and they were pleasantly surprised at the condition of the greens and fairways. The greens were tough with lots of break and speedy. Overall an enjoyable day and a great value.
They canceled cars because of the rain the night before. I called and said they had pole carts. Went there and they had none left. Went to another course couple miles away and they had carts out and it was dry. Not very professional of them.
Great Round
Course was in best condition I’ve seen it. Great value. Pace of play was terrible but fun round.
