They should still be charging winter rates.
Played here yesterday. Unfortunately, the zoysia is still dormant and has not turned green yet and the fairways were like playing on hardpan on almost every whole. This is a very hilly course and it was hard to keep the ball on the fairway. If $44 is standard summer rate, it wasn't worth it. Should still be paying winter rates.
Nice course
Nice course. Nice people.
Only one negative:
We had a foursome of members that would not allow our twosome past for 15 holes even they were obviously duffers and we were sitting waiting half of the time. Not a fault of the course since they had clear signs posted to instruct slow groups to let faster golfers play through.

It was super crowded very slow moving waiting at every hole. it was a Thursday? I played here years ago the course had beautiful zoysia fairways . Now the fairways are like hitting off asphalt the grass is so thin you can't hardly hit the ball. very disappointing the fairways used to be plush like a carpet.

Indian Rock
I like the back nine better than the front for its scenic character. The course was just ok in condition. At a discount it is ok, but there are better courses.

Fun Course with Nice Variety of Holes
Played after noon on a day after a lot of overnight rain. Course was soft in some places, and greens held great. Had the course to ourselves - no one in front or behind us till the last couple of holes. No issues at all with the course conditions with the minor exception of a lot of goose poop on the 1st green - none encountered on the greens after the 1st hole, although there were several groups of geese on the course. Not much you can do about that issue? I mostly play in Florida, so all the elevation changes were a welcomed set of challenges. I will play the course several more times before leaving for the winter.
Observations
Personnel was inflexible and not very accommodating. Fairways are dry. Overpriced for what you get.

I love the course layout!
Second time playing this course, both times in the heat of the summer. Given the hot weather, I found the course conditions pretty good. There are a lot of elevation changes on many holes with challenges. You will definitely use every club in your bag. Indian Rock is a great value for a "lake area" golf course.
Very Fun Course to play
This course is a great price and always seems to be in great shape for down in the Ozarks, it has some fun/challenging holes, and the people that work there are awesome!!
