Conditions not as good as they’ve been but price was right
The conditions of the grains are pretty good, but I don’t know what happened. A lot of the fairways have a lot of crab grass and a lot of dry spots and the tea boxes aren’t the best either. I don’t know what’s happening here, but I don’t think it says a good condition as it used to be a few years ago Course it has been a very dry summer, but they were watering the greens and while we were playing in the middle of the afternoon so they’re trying.
Most of the sand traps are pretty poor.
But with my $10 monthly discount from the golf pass plus for two of us on a Friday midday for 35 bucks is pretty darn good so that’s what Jew us out plus the family was up and Silverlake so he went up there afterwards. Good thing is they have 27 holes so we were slowed down on the front line by a couple old women, but on the back nine, we played through a foursome on the third hole the meadows and it was clear sailing, and it has all the length you really want the meadows And if you play from the tips, let me tell you it’s plenty long if you think you’re a good play from the tips on the valley across the street that’ll challenge the snot out

Played 100 year old Woods, then Valley
Always get good price here on golfnow and enjoy the original 100 year old Woods nine. Humungous trees are gorgeous and they have these high heather obstacles to avoid. The watering of the fairways is not up to their usual shape but the greens are watered nicely.
When the wife and I can play both for less than $50 it’s worth the drive. Always cooler up against big lake
Great course, great value
I've played this course for over 65 years and it is always in pristine condition.Nice fairways and soft greens located on the shores of Lake Michigan.Nice owners and great service.. We got a hot deal for 23.00 apiece. We'll definitely be back
Course layout
This is an older course but well maintained. My only concern is the course is not well marked. For a new player it is not easy to find 1 hole to the next hole.

Great course to play on our way to Tree Tops in Gaylord, MI.
Beautiful view of Lake Michigan!
Loved The Valley
We played the Woods and the Valley. The Woods was nice, however the Valley was more spread out and beautifully maintained. We enjoyed it.
