Very nice course but conditions are fair. Has a lot of potential

Oak Valley’s greens were in very good shape but slow! Most of the rest of the course is good but there are a lot of bare spots . Overall for the price it’s a decent deal, just plan on taking relief in places that aren’t marked for it !

This is the old Teamsters resort course. Nice layout - scenic and challenging. Greens were lush and immaculate- pretty slow but very consistent. Fairways and some tees were getting hard and crusty but there's a drought going on. A real marshall did his best to maintain pace of play. We got stuck behind a foursome playing a two man scramble. Round took 4.5 hours. Waited on most holes and shots. This round was a great value and we will return to play again.

Good layout, continuing improvement of the course despite dry conditions. A friendly staff and well range red operation.

We had a great time at this course! 18 of the most blemish free, thick, dense greens I've seen in awhile. They hold a shot well. They are quite on the slow side, but VERY consistent. Teeing grounds were uniformly nice. Fairways were hard and fast for the most part. Some areas a little thin, but we're in a drought, and this course is still under a well planned rehab program that is going to result in a fabulous course. The layout is interesting and fair. Real course marshalls doing their job!! They were polite but firm about pace of play. Our round lasted exactly four hours. We will definitely return and recommend this facility.

Greens are well kept, watered etc..... Now the bad. This is a Hot Deal only course for now. Which is a shame since Oak Valley doesn't profit off Hot Deals. GolfNow sets those rates and collects it as source for courses using their service. Anyone that forks up the $49 normal rate, there's no way they're walking off the 18th green saying "Well worth the price. Beautiful course.". Unfortunately it appears the course is becoming an afterthought to the banquet space. I specifically showed up early to my teetime to visit the practice green but it's now closed and showed no sign of coming back. As a Pevely resident myself, I'd become a member but the price doesn't reflect the conditions. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy playing here but someone in management needs to crunch the financials to make it work. To not only bring in traffic but to keep golfers wanting to come back.

This was my first time playing at Oak Valley. The greens were in great shape! Can tell the fairway needs some work. Once that gets taken care of this will be a tough place to get a tee time. Thanks for the great first exp!

Horrendous conditions…dry as as bone. If there was something green, it was a cool layout.

It's been over a year since playing there. 3 years ago considered joining and they said that they were spending money on it to try to bring it back to its Old Glory. They spent money for sure, on the clubhouse. I would say if you want to have a golf course be a source of income, maybe you should spend some time money and energy on getting it into shape. Booked 18 holes but quit after 9. I would say over all the courses in worse condition than what it was 3 years ago. For playing on a Saturday evening it looked like the holes have not been changed out in a week. The edges were Brown and grass was growing over them down into the hole. The fairways had grass if that's what you want to call it and sporadic at best on some holes. It's sad because it seems like they care more about hosting Banquets and weddings more than the course. I would suggest taking your own golf cart if it's four wheel drive because the cart paths need help. I will say the greens overall were fairly plush but not fast because it seems like they keep them wet enough to keep them growing they just never cut them. It would take an act of God for me to go back. Sorry Oak Valley I had high hopes.

Loved the course layout, fairways were basically weeds better off playing from the rough. Greens were in pretty good shape. Wouldn’t come back for the same price.

Course was in pretty good shape. Pace was a little slow on front 9. Marshall came around, was excellent keeping things going and and a great guy. Only frustrating issue was waiting 15 minutes for a couple of bratwurst. Didn’t tell us up front or we would have just skipped the food.
