Great course with a challenging layout. The grounds were excellent and the crew that worked the course were respectful and worked hard and it shows. The clubhouse and adjacent facilities need up dating. But the course makes up for it. Definitely recommend for anyone in the area that likes a beautiful and challenging course
Overbooked
Normally it's a great course but they tried to cram as many people as possible at the end of the day (3:40pm) and had to wait after every hole. Not due to slow play but 5 groups stacked on top of each other. Other than that, amazing experience.
Great course
Course was challenging, not overly long but difficult enough. Greens are tough and hopefully you get to play with someone who knows the course and can provide some insight.
Great course and people
I joined this course in May and absolutely love it. Course is always in fantastic condition. Great views and layout. The people that work there are fantastic. Brendan, the head Pro, is a great guy. Everyone is very friendly.
Love Lochmere
We play 2X per week at Lochmere. The course is the best in the Lakes Region in my opinion. They have made many improvements over the last few years and continue to do things that improve the play. Course is in outstanding shape. They also significantly improved the the restaurant there too...both in the ambiance and the food. Would recommend grabbing lunch if you have the time.
