About
Ron Jaworski's Valleybrook Golf Club is one of South Jersey's most popular public courses. It's a local favorite not only because of the affordable rates but also for the challenging design. The diverse terrain provides the classic layout with a mix of flat and hilly holes. On some holes you can expect elevation changes from tee to green. It's a golf course that will keep you on your toes. It will test your accuracy with its narrow, tree-lined fairways and the elevation changes throughout the course make proper club selection essential. Water hazards also appear on nine occasions. The course has appeal for players of all skill levels. It's player-friendly enough for beginners while advanced players will enjoy the many risk-reward opportunities. There is also a driving range available at Valleybrook Golf Club.

really nice people
Enough said, but since its a review its in good shape and you could do a lot worst, enjoy. I'll back soon.
Course and greens
The course is on the short side, and no real wow factors! Greens were just irritated and in bad shape. Way to crowded for me , waiting on every hole. I don’t think I will be playing there any time soon sorry!
Airation alert
I understand it needs to be done, I just wish courses would tell people. The deal was worth it, just frustrated. The course was in ok shape. Also, most of the white tee were moved up, a lot. especially the 18th. 408 from the whites on the card, 340 on the course.
Early season conditions
Most of the holes are strait away in a what you see is what you get style with only a few dog legs and hazards mixed in. An area in the middle was like a "shooting gallery" with parallel fairways running back and forth for about five holes. I think this helped to slow down play waiting for miss shaped shots to be played by golfers from the other holes. The fairways were mostly in good shape but the rough had may bald places. The greens were nicely grassed but slow and bumpy. We played 18 in about 4 hours and 45 minutes. Not terrible for the first warm day in months.
Not worth it
The condition of the course now is bad. It is only worth a good hot deal. Unless it gets better, I would not reccomend.
I have played this course in the past, usually have an issue booking on their site, Golf Now made it easy. Being that it's March the course was in decent condition, really cannot complain. The pace of play could have been better, had a foursome in front of us that clearly were not educated on the etiquette of golf. Still overall an enjoyable round. The staff is friendly, course in good condition for the time of year, spent the day golfing instead of at work, who can complain.
nice time of year
Course in good shape being its still February. Its nice to be able to see where the hazards are without the overgrowth or leaves surrounding some of the ditches and ponds that could come into play.,the course looked pretty clean. i always enjoy a round here, weather its on the course or in the bar. I'll be back soon.
Unfortunately was not happy
So much goose poop, the greens were ok ,the rough was like hitting off dirt, I live 2 minutes from course, try again in spring .
Frost delay beginning the round
Title says it all. The thing that it doesn’t say is that when you have a delay it kinda pushes the buttons on golfers waiting to tee off when a group just shows up and starts their excuse why they’re jumping in front of everyone by saying “I have a standing tee time... and my favorite “ I’m a member....” Etiquette is still etiquette when it comes to golf. What’s worse is the management let’s it happen. Today was different though. The “standing tee time member” and his crew were informed to go tee off on 10.
I know membership has its privileges but being rude to paying golfers is wrong. This “member” obviously had gotten away on this before. That’s why I’m dwelling on this. Sorry for the rant.
Love the layout
Even after snow earlier in the week course still was in good shape. Love to play here pace of play could always be a little faster other than that a great day!
