Fun course
I liked the layout. Nothing hidden, just right in front of you. Had rain previous night and greens were not cut and pretty slow. Condition of greens was good and fairways were really nice. My only serious complaint would be the tee boxes. Lumpy and grassy. They seemed to get better as round wore on. I’d definitely play it again for the right price.
Great conditions for August
Usually it’s burned and dried out but condition s were pretty good I’d play it again.
Excellent course - Marshalls needed
Lovely course, we’ll maintained, greens excellent. I’ll be back!!
Our foursome let a twosome through, but the foursome ahead of us refused the courtesy for the remaining 9-holes. No marshalls seen all day resulted in a 5.5-hour round. Come’on guys!!!
Father/Son
Found the course to very fair. Narrow cut fairways make a flat course tougher. Rough was high and soft allowing the ball to sit down. Greens didn’t hold many shots and were slow
Great course in excellent shape.
New owner did lots of work on the course over the winter. Its first class right now.
Fun Layout for all skill levels
This course has one of if nothing the most fun layouts in the shore points. When the extremely healthy greens are cut nice and short they play incredibly well. Can get a bit expensive in the summer but so does every shore course. Overall this course is one I’ll definitely keep coming back to.
Okay but needs work
Tee boxes were hairy, fairways were hairy, many rocks in the bunkers. Greens were decently smooth. White tees were oddly moved way up from the listed yardages. Kind of an odd starting area and the first few holes are very lackluster. Layout gets better as you go. Probably will look to play elsewhere next time I’m in Cape May area.
Follow the yellow brick road
Course in very good shape, some nice improvements also. My only complaint is that almost every hole is cart path only, which is a little ridiculous.
