Course is in great
shape. Greens roll nicely.
Challenging course.
very slow play seemed like they over booked our tee time started a half hour later was about a 5 hour round on a hot day
Good day
We played well!! only problem is the two gentleman we were playing with. We’re all screwed up kept talking the whole time. One guy lost his putter couldn’t find it then he kept leaving clubs all over the greens. I spent more time babysitting ridiculous.😳😀
Greens were in very good shape, and were cut on the slow side. Fairways were good for the most part, some were a little patchy. Cart paths are in bad shape. There weren't many bunkers, but they needed sand.
Over hour delay for Tee time
We had an 11:xx tee time and due to the course over booking and not enough carts for the scheduled golfers we were unable to tee off until almost 1pm. People were allowed to skip ahead and walk further altering the tee times and causing congestion further along the course. Most tee boxes and fairways were good condition. but cart paths had craters reminiscent of Fallujah.
Course is in fair shape. It gets a lot of play. It is in fair condition. Fairways are decent shape. Greens were in good condition too... Need to be mowed, but it was wet today. Doubt the mowers were allowed out there. Biggest issue is the amount of elderly players allowed to go out, without any course management by a ranger. Players need to be aware of pace of play. If you got a knee brace of, or over 85 years old, just be humble. Allow fast pace player to play thru. It's ok. Just take a few minutes and allow other to play thru. multiple holes had 3-4 groups stacked on one hole. FML
Frustrating
Most of the staff is friendly but the Starter is unfriendly and rude. This is not the first time with this guy. I keep going there hoping he won’t be there but no luck. This time they had no carts for people so tee times were running 40 minutes behind. The starter, Mr Happy, refused to provide anyone an explanation. Overall the course is great but the cart paths are awful. Worst I’ve ever seen. You can actually hurt your back driving on them. They need to do something about it.
I wanted to like this course more.
It is definitely a walkable course. It has its share of hills, but nothing too crazy.
Round started poorly because they have approximately 20 golf carts that are inoperable, including one that "died" in the group in front of us while they were in the 1st fairway.
Ended up starting the round 15 minutes behind because they didn't have enough carts and playing partners needed carts.
The cart paths-let's just say the cart path should be the fairways and rough because there were more potholes than the Parkway or Turnpike.
The course itself-the grass-was in excellent shape, and the layout is a lot of fun. Greens are challenging-several pins were on slopes which made it especially challenging.
The bad. A five hour round with carts. One teebox had a line of three groups. Management was also sending people out on the 1st and 10th tees.
Great course, just poorly managed re: people. It was a 90 degree day, but rangers needed to push people along...somewhere.
Great day
Course was in decent condition. Pace was excellent
Good value
4:40 round starting at 930a
Otherwise, course was in great shape and a good time.
Cream Ridge
Course conditions have improved. Tee boxes and fairways have grown in nicely. Just need to grow in fairway rough. Need to improve bunker sand. Well worth a try, greens are the difficult part.
