Slow play
It was a Wednesday morning and there was 4 groups ahead of me all still on the same par 5. On pace for a 5 hour round. It’s like 15 minutes in between each shot of mine
Nice Corse
Played East, will test out West on the next go around, nice course, well kept grounds.

Don’t let it slip away
Let me first start out by saying Tamarack a few years back was awful. They shut down the east and made renovations. It was great when reopened. They did the same with West. The courses are both in the need of some tlc. When you charge $80 plus for a round conditions should always be solid. Don’t let all that work go to waste. Shutdown for the winter and let both courses bounce back. Tamarack can be a top Golf facility!! Maybe they need more crew to maintain both courses.
Nice Sunday AM Round on the East Course
The staff was great, friendly and helpful. Pace of play was excellent even with cart path only due to overnight rain. The curse was in great shape, didn’t need to be cart path only hit that’s how you keep the course in that great of shape. Greens were fast and a lot of grain that affects putts.
Good course
Course is in great shape. But $89 for a weekend round? It is a little pricey.
This course needs love
This course had fairly nice tee areas and bunkers were very well maintained, other than that not much to brag about. The greens are playable, fairways are a mix of dirt and divots wherever the few blades of grass you can find are. The rough is where the biggest issue was, I’ve played quite a few course with designed high rough to penalize you for a previous mishit. This course hasn’t been mowed in weeks. Pace of play was great and course layout very nice break between the 5s and 3s.
I think this course hasn’t potential but not the way it’s being managed currently.
Worth a try
This was my first time playing this course which is quite good for a county course. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are a few bare patches, however this is the middle of a hot summer. If not out of the way, it is worth a visit.
Vast improvement
Haven’t played course in over decade .
Improvements were impressive.
