Green Tree Golf Course

Most of the greens are in rough shape even the fairways are hit and miss. If you’re looking for value, the course is fine, although your scores may vary, depending on where you lay after your T-shot

Course is in rough shape from the tees to the greens - at least 50% of the greens have bare spots -- some big ones too. Fairways have a lot of dead areas and most tee boxes are in bad shape. But for $30 - you get what you pay for!

Friday afternoon and never waited on any tee box. Course fair. Only negative was condition of greens- need some TLC.

This course was on its way to being good, with major improvements in the past couple years. We play here often bit have mot been here in a everal weeks. Greens are really unplayable. Crab grass and goose grass everywhere? Ladies tee boxes are a nightmare. I can't justify spending even the reasonable fee right now.

I hope to see it improve.

I’ve played this course annually for the past 10+ years. The course is in the worst shape I’ve ever seen. Easily the worst course I’ve played on. More sand on the greens than actual green, crab grass and weeds everywhere surrounding the greens, and the tee boxes are bare and uneven. If it werent for the recently mowed fairways (that also aren’t great) I would think the course went out of business recently. If you get a $25 daily deal and are simply looking to work on your strike, MAYBE this course is worth it.

We first arrive 10 minutes early and there is already four groups ahead of us. Not to mention when you meet to the greens, they were sander than the beach. I paid for 18 and only played eight because I had to leave. I’m already on my way to play another nine somewhere else where it’s not as sandy. I honestly wish I did take photos of the course conditions because they were horrible. I recommended this course to multiple friends BUT this will be my last time playing it and telling anyone. I will say the highlight of the day was the trash man talking to me on 18th.

I am a EHT resident. I have played this course many times. today was the absolute worst I have ever seen the course. I am appalled at the price they charge. I can only hope in the future they can return the course to playable conditions, the tee boxes are terrible, the fairways are terrible, the rough is terrible and the greens are virtually unplayable.

You get what you paid for. Fairways and bunkers need work. A few greens as well. Challenging blind holes.

It's been years since I played here when on vacation. Not a whole lot has changed. Staff was friendly.

First time playing here. For the area and price, very good course. Pace was a little slow but it was a nice weekend and that just happens. Good layout, water and trees. Greens need a little help but with all the heat we have been having, not surprised. We had 2-3 days of rain prior but there was a lot of casual water (puddles) in play. All in, for the price, I would recommend it. Ill be back.

Saw the rest of the comments on this course and needed a last minute tee time with some buddies. This course is awful. DO NOT PLAY HERE IF THERE HAD JUST BEEN RAIN. The entire course was soaking wet with puddles everywhere. The staff told us cart path only and exercised this consistently throughout the round even though they barely had fairways and there is little to no maintenance done on a majority of the course. Dead spots everywhere including on a majority of the greens. On the front 9 the greens rolled like you were putting through a puddle, the back 9 was like putting on ice. Don’t listen to the comments and save your money.
