About
The standard 18-hole Green Tree Golf Course keeps in mind both skilled and inexperienced golfers. This public course has tight fairways lined with trees and greens of Rye Grass. The longest tees have a yardage of 5709, playing to a par of 70.
The golf course has three sets of teeboxes to provide an interesting game. There is also a driving range and practice green for beginners or those that would like some practice. The course is accessible from many major roads such as Routes 30 and 40 as well as the Atlantic City Expressway. The first shot is a difficult par-4 dogleg right that has water, bunkers, and heavy forest to look out for.

Greentree
Course was a bit wet, however we have had a lot of rain the past week or so, greens were in pretty good shape, cart paths could use a little work, but it's April!

The course is fun and challenging. Only complaint would be that most of the ladies tee boxes were not well kept, might as well have teed off the fairway.

remember-it's early April
This is a county course deep in the heart of the middle of nowhere. It is surrounded by a tidal river. Nearly every hole has water involved somehow; only the 8th hole has water as a very real challenge.
Iam sure the course will be ready for the tourists in June. For right now? the tee boxes were beyond the word bad; but, they were working on them. The actual fairways were one notch above good enough. The greens were true and very quick. The rough? off the fairways there is no grass at all. Each fairway is lined with pinetrees of no mercy. It's a great place to work on your game; especially your wedges. Also-the bunkers have actuall sand. Bunkers, greens and price are the strong points.

Winter has not been kind
Tee areas are in terrible shape. Greens not much better.

holds water
course was a mess , muddy snd cart path only. hit a few bomb drives and knew they were in the fairway but the balls were plugging and you couldn’t find them. wait til spring to play !!

After a rain storm
Played after two days of a lot of rain. Lots of water on the cart paths. Greens were in great shape and fast. Fairways were in good shape.
Staff is awsome and the 19th hole is great with awsome food and beverages.

This course looks like it would be beautiful in drier conditions
course was very very wet. Cart paths were flooded, mud everywhere, I'm actually surprises the course was open under the circumstances. Because of wet areas, the course will need some TLC. I am disappointed that the pace of play took so long. There was a 20 minute start wait, and close to that amount of wait on each hole. It took us over 5 1/2 hours to complete the course.
I would like to return and play a round at normal pace and under dry conditions.

Good Value
Better than average public course, excellent value for this area, some very strange holes to figure out. Inconsistent fairways and green, 2nd and 3rd cuts of fairways were difficult to hit out of especially wen wet. Interesting marsh hazards adds uniqueness to course, sand traps few but very difficult to hit out of due to sand consistency.
