About
The standard 18-hole Green Tree Golf Course keeps in mind both skilled and inexperienced golfers. This public course has tight fairways lined with trees and greens of Rye Grass. The longest tees have a yardage of 5709, playing to a par of 70.
The golf course has three sets of teeboxes to provide an interesting game. There is also a driving range and practice green for beginners or those that would like some practice. The course is accessible from many major roads such as Routes 30 and 40 as well as the Atlantic City Expressway. The first shot is a difficult par-4 dogleg right that has water, bunkers, and heavy forest to look out for.

Green Tree
The fairways were in great shape, but the greens. If you took a picture of the greens here and the greens at an “expensive” course you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference in awesome shape definitely worth the money

Greens were excellent, but course does not drain well so quite a bit of flooding.

Great Value - Fast Greens
For the money, Green Tree is tough to beat. Fairways were decent. Greens were excellent. A couple of par-4’s were a bit short. I was able to hit one green with a driver. This course has a good number of water hazards. What’s up with the “par-6” hole though? I’ve never seen that before. Overall, a very nice, budget-friendly course which you will enjoy.

1st time visit
Fairways were recovering from the winter. Need plenty of care before summer. Greens also needed time.

Course was a bit wet, however we have had a lot of rain the past week or so, greens were in pretty good shape, cart paths could use a little work, but it's April!

The course is fun and challenging. Only complaint would be that most of the ladies tee boxes were not well kept, might as well have teed off the fairway.

remember-it's early April
This is a county course deep in the heart of the middle of nowhere. It is surrounded by a tidal river. Nearly every hole has water involved somehow; only the 8th hole has water as a very real challenge.
Iam sure the course will be ready for the tourists in June. For right now? the tee boxes were beyond the word bad; but, they were working on them. The actual fairways were one notch above good enough. The greens were true and very quick. The rough? off the fairways there is no grass at all. Each fairway is lined with pinetrees of no mercy. It's a great place to work on your game; especially your wedges. Also-the bunkers have actuall sand. Bunkers, greens and price are the strong points.

Tee areas are in terrible shape. Greens not much better.
