Friendly golf course
Hanover is amazing shape for this time of year. The greens are excellent. Fairways and tee boxes are fine. Very enjoyable day great pace of play. And Kim makes a taste bloody Mary.
A Winter round at Hanover Golf Club
Played Hanover with 2 other golf buddies and I selected the course because it was equidistant from the 3 of us with nobody having more than an hour and fifteen minute drive to get there.
The price with cart was great and the staff (Kim) was super nice and we got out on schedule.
With it being winter time I always worry about leaf filled fairways and rough but that wasn’t the case here. Well cleared making it a good round for those occasional wayward shots. The greens were quick and rolled wonderfully well. One of my buddies said we have to play here again in the summer to see how fast they really get.
We will be back again.

Excellent day to play a round in late season. Course conditions were great. Some of the men's tee boxes where being seeded and became forward tees.. other then that an awesome outing. Thanks

Course in excellent condition considering the rain we had the previous night. Awsome greens, and fairways in good condition.. Thanks to grounds keepers.Thumbs up!
tricky Greens
The course was in good condition, but they are currently aerating the tee boxes. Fairways were good, and the greens were in great condition compared to other area courses. The greens are very tricky with subtle breaks that are difficult to read.
The course also plays much longer than the distances on the card due to the different elevations. Most holes play straight ahead, with only a few doglegs. There aren't really any water hazards in play, with the exception of # 12 and #18 and they can easily be avoided.
Very scenic course especially the back nine from some elevated areas.
And the course staff are very friendly and accommodating.
