Meadows Golf Club
About
Meadows Golf Club in Lincoln Park offers a casual and enjoyable round for players of all skill levels. For more of a challenge, golfers can try the blue tees while the white and the red tees are more forgiving of errant shots. The course sprawls across mostly flat terrain but there are a few subtly elevated greens to contend with. The layout is situated amidst native wetlands, which come into play on many of the holes. The back nine is more challenging than the front, with the toughest hole being the par-5 13th. At 455 yards, it's not a long hole but there are two large fairway bunkers and an elevated green that is surrounded by even more sand. The best view on the golf course can also be enjoyed from the middle of the green on this hole.

Course layout poor
During round, 4 separate occasions where a stray tee shot nearly hit us while on an adjacent green
Quality of play for most players was terrible which led to a slow pace and ducking as “four” was too often said with holes too close
Great shape
It rained the previous day and surprisingly the course wasn’t flooded. It was wet but playable. The course was in great shape because of all the rain we’ve been getting, but the mosquitoes were out, so bring bug spray.
Unhappy
This is a nice course but they have a HUGE mosquito/insect problem! It was the worst experience I’ve ever encountered on a golf course. It was so bad that my foursome had to leave after hole 12. It was that bad. Bugs everywhere, and we were being eaten alive.
Meadows Golf Club - August 2026
Friendly staff and course in good condition. First time playing the new and improved course layout. I would make the following recommendations: update yardage markers (200/150/100) for all holes and a menu for the restaurant at hole 9. I will be back to play more golf!
Best Greens
Last year they did a lot of work on the place . The greens are soft and true. I do love the new layout as well.
Meh course overall, but getting better
Meadows is in a tough location that sees considerable flooding. They've done a better job of drainage and redoing some holes, and most importantly clearning up alot of the overgrown brush/trees. Some teeboxes still need help, some fringe around greens is bare, and the fairways are pretty inconsisent in grass growth.
Good shape for the amount of rounds played on this course
Good shape tee to green. This course definitely needs rangers out on the course. Keep your head on a swivel.
Fairway
I have to move my ball on the fairway, in almost all the holes, and look for a spot to drop it
