Great Gorge Golf Club is situated on 500 acres of naturally preserved land, nestled in the Vernon Valley between the Wawayanda and Pochuck Mountain Peaks. Designed by George Fazio in 1970 on behalf of Hugh Hefner for his Great Gorge Playboy Club, the course boasts 3 championship nines: Rail, Lake and Quarry. With four tee box options, the course is manageable for newer golfers yet challenging for lower handicap players, making Great Gorge an ideal venue for all golfers.

Since the last time playing ( Last Year ) here , the Greens are like playing at a County Club super fast.
I have heard there is a new Superintendent and if tru he’s doing an awesome job

45 min delay
Had a 12:18 tee time but they did not let us out until after 1pm. They were short on carts too. Bathroom is dirty and smells awful, they look like they were never cleaned since the course reopened last year. Yuk!!

Very Beautiful Course - Great Value
One of the most scenic courses in North Jersey. Only downfall was that the greens had been recently aerated and no mention on GolfNow. Otherwise Excellent
