For a 9 hole course this is in better condition than some 18 hole courses!!! Fairways cut perfect. Greens were gorgeous. Tee boxes could use a bit of work. I only repaired 10 ball marks on the greens as compared to 37 at gambler ridge.
People want course to b in excellent condition. We All Need to take responsibility to fix and repair ball marks and divots for the people behind us.
Nice course
Nice course not long but challenging. The rough is rough sometimes you can’t even find your ball. Greens and fairways are nice.
Great early season conditions!
My wife and I joined up with another twosome and enjoyed nine holes with great conditions.
Lovely and pleasant golf experience
The course was in excellent condition despite occasional rain during the week. It was wet in spots, but it didn't affect any shots. Not a lot of people on the course, so my twosome was able to play 18 holes in under 3 hours. Just a lovely experience all around.
Pretty decent track
Clearbrook is a great course for beginners and intermediate golfers alike. It's not the best in regard to the quality of the fairways, but it's not in bad shape either. Tee boxes are spotty, but fine. Greens had recently been aerated, so putts were jumping the ball up or they weren't rolling true, but that's a necessary evil of taking care of them for future rounds, so it was fine. One issue I had was charging us $45 for two carts and three guys- a bit exorbitant. Overall, I would recommend Clearbrook for a reasonably priced, quick round.
Clear brook
Very nice course, staff is friendly great bang for the buck. But the pace of play is horrendous at times. People if you can't hit pass the front tees or slice alot you have bo business playing the back tees. There is no shame on playing one of the other tee offs.
Fairways sparse of grass
Some fairways are really chewed up.
Maybe geese? Maybe disease?

The golf course is good, the price is good, and the grass is well maintained.
Nice layout and variety
The course is budget friendly and has a good mix of par 3s and par 4s with 1-2 par 5s. Gentle undulations. Greens are in good shape. Staff is friendly and so are fellow Golfers.
