Poor
Granted it is early in the season in'23 but this course is in terrible, terrible condition. It is operated by Middlesex County NJ which ought to take lessons from neighboring Mercer and Monmouth Counties whose county-owned courses are far, far, far superior. This is getting close to a dog track and I'll never go back. They should be charging half what they do.

Value
Course is a Muni by definition. Tee boxes, fairways and rough are all average at best. Greens are patchy but still can roll them well. Only real issue with the course is price for product. Very pricey for the condition it is in. If you can get out for 40 sure, anymore just find another spot. Just notice that 80% of the reviews are one username at 4 stars to bring up the rating…

Great value
Cheap green fees, included cart when we played. Not the best condition but was raining the couple days before so can’t complain too much. Full bar on site for some post round beverages. Excellent value for what we paid, definitely recommend.
Best Middlesex County Course
I live in Middlesex County and regularly play the county courses. Meadows consistently has the best greens year round. Even for winter they were rolling smooth and fair today.

A great surprise!
I’ve never played let alone even heard of the meadows. I thought it was great and in great shape In February. Can’t wait to go back in the summer. Definitely going to put this course in the rotation.
