Well kept

Great course if you like hilly holes. Short par 4 I believe 17th hole green needs to be fixed. It was super fast at the top.

Many hills

Many shots are uphill if you don't mind that. Poor drainage after rain so back 9 was closed. Do not go if it rained the day before. Greens played pretty well but need a bit of work.

Great layout & conditions except ...

Beautiful layout & well maintained except for holes 12 & 18 which are located in a swamp. The 12th tee is a platform with fake grass that is difficult to get a tee into that is placed in the middle of the swampy area. The 18th hole has similar issues except that the tee is placed in front of the swampy area so it does not affect your shot. Too bad they are not able to do anything with these 2 holes as the other 16 are an interesting mix & very well maintained.

Not bad for late winter

The course conditions were not bad. But considering we had basically no snow for the winter, the greens were not so good. And the tee boxes were all pulled up which made the course too easy. Although we played in the 20 mph wind.
