About
Warrenbrook Golf Course is one of five courses operated by the Somerset County Park Commission. Although it is a seemingly mild 6,372 yards from the back tees, don't let the yardage fool you. This course is a formidable test. The layout is very tight, routed through dense stands of mature trees that loom above the fairways and frame the greens. In addition to being heavily wooded, the rolling terrain provides many tricky ups and downs ranging from subtle to dramatic. You'll be hard-pressed to find a flat lie on this golf course and you should also be prepared for a few blind shots. To top it all off, there are also a few strategically placed bunkers. Your accuracy will be put to the test at Warrenbrook Golf Course, as will your course-management skills.

Golfer Reviews
Greens are so small.
It was not same as I expected by reviewing other golfers. Course was narrow and not well mowing at fairway. Greens were so small and slow. Every time while I tried on the green by solid shot, a ball was bouncing and rolled over the small green. I felt pitch and putt around the green. I was expected too much for rating 4 stars golf course by other golfers. Well, I felt that only resident people near golf course can enjoy playing game with reasonable low price. Even if I paid less money by Golf Now, I could not rate 4 stars golf course at that moment. 3 Stars enough!!
Underrated Gem
This course does not get the love and respect it deserves. I played here several times in the fall and the conditions were pristine. As of my most recent play they weren't quite as pristine, but still very good. There are some issues with the course, i.e. the electric wires that are essentially in play on a couple of tee shots, but by and large this is a fun layout. I think people dislike it because it is narrow, tree-lined, and demands precision. If this is not an issue for you, then I would recommend giving this place a go. Just be forewarned there are ZERO amenities. No range. No cart girl. No snack stand. Nothing. Just some vending machines, so come prepared.
Bang for your buck
This is a very solid course for being a public course. The narrow fairways can be challenging, but it is a good layout. Course does not have a driving range,.
Tough Course!
This course is extremely narrow on almost every single hole! High degree of difficulty. Many holes where you’re driving blind due to the amount of hills. I’ve never lost so many balls in a full 18. Fun to try out, but I likely will not be returning.
Warren Brook not ready yet
The course is usually a nice treat and cool lap - I regularly play green knoll and look at Warren as the little brother. As of 4/19 Warren needs serious landscape detail. Leaves and broken branches everywhere, needs a mowing as well and the greens are growing back from recent aeration. On top of that coming around 14 we got sandwiched in their Monday league play which threw off the rest of the round as we had previously been alone which made the day worth it despite the ratty conditions. Won’t be back for another few weeks - give the staff sometime to sort the maintenance out.
