Such a Beauty
Situated along the Cannon River this course is among the more scenic I’ve played recently. It offers challenge while allowing for mistakes. It has been a joy each time I’ve played it. Will most definitely be back again and again.

Nice course
Course was in good shape. Very hot and humid day with no refreshment cart on course. No good.

Hot day, Impeccable service

Cannon GC
Cannon GC is a Joel Goldstrand design with a lot of history. The course itself was in good shape, the greens rolled very nice (not as good as the practice green) while the fairways were ok as it seems like there are many different grasses to maintain. The course itself (from the white tees) contains a lot of shorter par 4-s that require accuracy over distance with many doglegs at 200-250 yards. A few holes on the front 9 get you right on the Cannon River and present a breathtaking setting as you played them. The greens had plenty of slope and typically required you to be underneath the pin in order to be successful. I would love to go back and give this course a 2nd try as I think it could be a very scorable course if you are hitting your short irons the precise distances.

Very nice and challenging course. The fairways and greens were in excellent condition. Some real tough par 5s; especially playing the course for first time. Well designed course. Highly recommend. Would be great if carts had GPS to help with obstacles, rivers and hills.

Sunday morning golf
With the covid still going on they did a good job with cleaning if you wanted to. Greens were in great shape, course had more than a gew soggy spots where you would loose your dead head your ball. Honestly the only real negative was the pace of play left at little over 5hrs for the round.
We apologize for the pace of play issue you experienced. We always try to keep a great pace when having our golfers on the course. Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback as we will use your review to better the experience going forward. We hope you give us another try in the near future!
Great Course
Great course 40 minutes south of the metro. The course is always in great condition. The scenery along the Cannon River is breath taking.

Hidden Gem
A very happy surprise to find such a nice layout in the small town of Cannon Falls. What a fun course with all types of holes--flat, hilly, open, tight, long holes and some short ones. Great mix. Excellent condition especially with the course just opening the weekend before and having snowed just 10 days ago.
Beautiful too--set along the Cannon River and other water. Can't wait to play it again.

Great Course
Cannon Golf Club is one of my favorite courses in MN. It's a great course at a reasonable price and rarely crowded. It's the perfect balance of challenging, but not too difficult. The greens are fast and always in great shape. It's also a really beautiful course.

Better than I expected
It has been a decade since I played here. I didn’t like it before but they continue to make improvements.
Course layout can be challenging if you don’t keep it straight off the tee. I would recommend a “golf app” or a range finder if it is your first time playing here.
