Pace
Pace of play here has been awful some days. Last outing a group of 5 slowed everything down for all. Unreal
Things I liked:
- This is an older, tree-lined fairways, tough doglegs, fly it over hazards, kind of course… and it’s fun!
- The conditions were good. Despite some recent rains, the course felt like it could use a drink.
- Staff was friendly and helpful.
Things I did not like:
- The bottom of the bunkers were firm (hard) enough for me to not like them.
- Pace was slow. I recognize there was a league in front of us, but there were multiple holes between the group ahead of us and then the group ahead of them.
- The tree line to the left off the tee of #4. :)
Things important to me:
- Rates are posted on the course website.
- Course is very walkable.
- No water coolers on the course, but they had a cooler of bottled water in the 1st tee. Thank you!
- An awesome branded ball marker.

The course management is great. I am disappointed in the regular players not taking better care of the grounds. Replacing divots and fixing ball marks on the green, even not leaving spike marks should be reinforced with members.

Very fun but challenging course not super long but u need to hit shots will test any level golfer

Best Value Around the Cities
I have played dozens of courses in the Twin Cities area and, even being 40 miles south of MSP, this is the best value around. This course has a fun layout with many framed tee shots demanding different shapes & lengths. I hit 4i-9i, 3h, 5w, & D off the tees - insane variety. Small, true greens, often well protected by bunkers or water rolled better than any public course I've played this year. Great views of the Cannon river as well and a newer feeling clubhouse. The bev cart also provided free water bottles, great touch. Will 100% play again.

Course in great shape and greens were putting very well. Greens were fast and smooth.

Nice course very challenging
Played this course Father’s Day weekend with my sister and it was very enjoyable. The greens are well maintained and getting faster as the day warmed up. Water throughout the course made tee shots challenging. Wide fairways were forgiving
