slow round
The rond was 5 hours long mainly because of 90% rule - also the biggest problem I saw was the fact that you had to carry your clubs to the starter to get a cart - then you had to leave the cart with the starter and carry your clubs to your car - after a long round that was the last thing I wanted to do.

Value
Overpriced and crowded but in overall average to above average condition. Friendly staff but restaurant and bar not open on a very busy day. Halfway house below average but employee was excellent. Overall rating is good but overpriced.

The Worst Course the the Delaware Valley
I've played this course for many years and with this NEW Management, it has gotten progressively worse every day, month, and year. The fairways are in horrible shape only to out trashed by the tee boxes. The staff and management are rude and inconsiderate with the exception is the food staff and guy who collects the golf carts. They are nice people. The starter is young who knows nothing about REAL golf or how to adhere to or manage tee times. The guy in the clubhouse says hello only to make sure he grabs your money but could care less if there is room for you to play your round in a chaotic dash to the 1st tee. Owner shows up once or twice to tell you it's an honor he showed up to HIS course or to hit in a simulator the removed half the locker room. You can no longer takes carts to your car and without a drive up bag drop, a dumb idea which allows you to understand the poor way this place operates. Do yourself a favor and do not play here as they do not care about anyone who wants to play golf. There are many other places who understand what a day of golf means and wants and deserves your business.

Great course
Great course really friendly staff. One suggestion is on the 10th hole to put a fence/net up after the green since the 11th tee box is right there.

Solid day
An old school course that is short with small but very playable greens. Rough and fairways in rough shape right now and course has a lot of holes next to each other and you must be aware of flying balls. Price is a bit steep for the overall value. A pleasant day and nice staff but conditions need to be a bit better.

Save your money
This course isn’t worth anything over $20. Patchy or dirt covered fairways, greens are unplayable, and bunkers and stone pits.

Greens are tough.
Course itself isn't too hard but they make up for with the greens. Course was crowded but that should be expected on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. Course was in about average shape for the price range and you can see where they are replacing some of the fairways. I do enjoy the course for the most part though.

Fun course. Had a great time. Greens were in pretty good shape. Watch out for the 14th green, it was a nightmare. Pretty sure everyone in my group 5 putted it

An OK course, could’ve been better
First time playing here on 5/9. Course was nearly empty. Greens were the best conditioned part of the course but the undulations were insane. Putting downhill was a joke. Balls just kept a rolling. Fairways were inconsistent, some good, some bad and bunkers were unplayable. Lots of short par 4s, albeit with big doglegs. Hole 15 being one of them, barely has a fairway, if any at all, with a blind shot downhill and a tree in the middle of it (unless that’s intended to be the target). For first time players, you don’t know where to hit it. Was also disappointed with the grill being closed this day as our group was hungry halfway through the round. Understand it was Mother’s Day, but at least allow your patrons to get food somewhere other than candy bars from the pro shop. This wouldn’t be my course of choice but for the beginner golfer with low expectations, this is a decent public course.
