Good for the money
Front nine greens and fairways were in good shape, back nine was a different story , but you can see they are making an effort to correct the issues. I’d definitely go back
Nice course
Nice course had an early tee time. Only gripe would be the guys playing behind us. They called pro shop on 15 and asked the ranger to come speed things up. This isn’t Torrey pines, if you don’t like the pace of play go join a private course.... or don’t play on a Saturday morning.

I don’t know what the heck is going on at this course but it’s not in good shape and very disorganized as far as tee times. It took 6 hours and we didn’t even finish the 18th hole also the other two people we were with just left after 15 holes

Great layout, nice for beginners. Conditions could be better (recent rain did not help). Was walking only and the bag carts available were in poor shape.

Concerned
The work that has been done to this course is not professional, the tee boxes that have been re sided are horrible. The sod that was put down on 7 fairway is a joke there’s crab grass coming up between the very noticeable seems. Lots of dead spots on the greens. Conditions have gone down and prices have gone up. Hope they can get it together, I have been playing and enjoying this course since I was in high school

Getting there
The greens are still a bit banged up, but they’ve aerated and they still need some time to get better

Pretty good shape.
There were a few greens that had dirt on them but the other greens were fine. Overall the course was in good shape, great for the money these days.

Was good in March April but beat down and not taken care of. Wouldn’t pay more than $40

Has some good potential
Decent layout and has some tight windows that will make you think about club selection. For the most part in good condition, but could be better around the greens and fairways. It looks like they're trying to redo some of the tees so some of them are very spongy. The only thing was I thought it was a little overpriced.

Terrible course conditions
The absolute worst shape I’ve ever seen this course in. If I didn’t get a hot deal on my tee time I would have asked for a refund.

Decent track, needs maintenance
I have played here twice and both times I felt that the course has decent potential but needs serious maintenance. The greens have patches of plain old dirt and have aeration holes and divots. The fairways and rough have uneven grass and patches of dirt.
Pace of play was average (about 4 hrs, 10 min) and it was clear that there were players and duffers alike out and about.
Course has some pretty tight tee shots and requires shaping the ball well to score, but if you can play a draw and fade, it is easy to score

Worst I’ve seen the course
Course is in the worst shape I’ve ever seen it. Thought the sale would have resulted in a better product but that hasn’t been the case.
