Swan Lake Golf Club

Course was nice and maintained only gripe was the group in front of us. 12 stoke holes at least and no ranger to enforce a pace of play. When approached them and asked to play through we got looked at as if we were rude. Rude is playing 150 stroke game on Memorial Day Sunday.

The course was in very good shape but some of the greens were unplayable. There were bare spots of dirt and some sort or reconstruction going on. It was very disappointing. I am sure in a couple of weeks it will be gone. The folks at the course were very nice and the food was terrific.

Swan Lake has always been one of my favorite courses, easy to get to, friendly staff and beautiful scenery. Maybe its because it is still early in the season but the greens were in awful condition. Some of the fairways needed work as well, I suspect the brutal winter had a lot to do with it but I hope it greens up soon because I would love to play it again.

Good pace no waiting. Tees and fairways in great shape. Half of the greens in good shape rest were either bumpy or suffered damage from bad winter. Otherwise great afternoon and will come back.

Not the first time I've played here ... but as of April 25th, a TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT!! At least 50% of the greens are a mess - fungus/frost, whatever ... it looks like they'll have to set up temporary greens for more than half the holes to repair them. Most holes were at least 40% dirt/fungus/sand!! What's the sense of having a great run to a green and then have your putts totally compromised because of their condition?!?!
Not known for their friendliness, the pro-shop hasn't changed ... I can live with that! The pace of play was fine and the fairways and roughs were in great condition. Not worth even a discounted price until they get those greens in shape!

The greens were the absolute worst I've ever seen them. When I complained to the pro shop they sort of laughed it off and blamed the winter weather. I have played several other courses in this area recently and found no problem with their greens. I recommend nobody to go here for at least another month. Most of the greens had 1/2 of the grass missing!!!!!

I finished here in the fall nd all was well as usual. Very well kept as normal but what happened to the greens over the winter I do not know....large burnt out spots on most all of the greens. They were aerating the spots that day, hope they'll come bk to llife!

PLaying Swan Lake is always a fun time!! Just the right amount of challenge. Course plays very fair. Greens were in amazing shape. Putted very true

Fair way, and other conditions were good, though the rain came before. Green conditions are terrible... Please don't follow the people play the game, make a good green condition.

I arrived 40 minutes early and was sent out right away.
There were very few golfers playing, I played on a Monday and they usually have tournaments going so most folks thought it was closed. Weather was fantastic and course is well maintained. Greens are huge but very fast!

well I found an amazing deal on Golfnow and was not expecting much since it was so cheap. but the course was great clubhouse was spotless and food was good. only negative was that you have to hit into nets with your own balls to warm up other than that a great place to play for a great price.

Course was in great condition. Nice course to work on game. Course could use ranger(s) - 4.5 hour round could've been done in 3.5 hours if the 3rd group in front of me was being pressured to play quicker. I will not let 1 group of player discourage me from coming back.

Very nice course. Challenging but fair. I plan to play there again before The end of the summer. The fairways are wide-open the green very fast and I only lost three golf balls overall good day

Open fairways and late greens make it easy to land on in regulation . Pin placements and the length make it challenging . Course was in pretty good condition . Delayed start which was fine due to rain the night before . Very slow round still waiting on 15 for guys to tee off ahead of us . If I went back it would have to be first off the tee super early . Super friendly staff from check in to food on the turn , even at cart return . I'd try it again just wat before 7 am
