Swan Lake Golf Club

I booked a 10 am tee time for Monday morning, it was just a twosome and we played the front in 1 hr and twenty minutes. The course was in great shape and the greens are gigantic and also in magnificent Condition. The back nine slowed down because we caught a few foursomes that must have stopped for lunch. Finished the first round and I had another friend in the area looking to play so I stayed at Swan lake, the replay only costs 18 dollars and is awesome value for the quality of the golf course. Definately will be returning to swan lake!

My foursome knew we were in for a long day when we pulled-up to the 5th Hole Par 3 and there was a foursome on the tee box, and 3 other groups waiting. A Ranger was needed to move things along. Course was beautiful as always, and the 1st hole layout was improved, but waiting long periods between tee shots ruined a great course.

I really enjoyed playing on this course, and I will definitely play on it again! Greens were kept in great shape and I thought the course allowed some mistakes in my game. Overall, I would highly recommend this course to someone.

Perfect conditions, fairways and greens in great shape.
Played from blue tees so always could take out driver for par 4's.
Plenty of wildlife to add to the scenery, large turtles, deer, beavers
and huge fish! Plenty of water on course but doesn't come into play much.
Highly recommend it. Barbecue tent was well stocked at the turn and extremely reasonable. The 19th watering hole looked very inviting but had to get home for father's day b-q.
Definitely will come back soon!

Pro shop people super friendly. Course was challenging but not overwhelming. Very well kept. Greens in great condition. I will be returning!

Fun course. Well worth the money. Fairways and greens were in good shape.

My 1st time out this year was enjoyable with a 10:44 tee time on a sunny, breezy Saturday morning. Playing with my 70 yr old uncle who hits every fairway and plays with perfect pacing, & my 2 brothers, we enjoyed a great round. Always get treated like family at Swan Lake. GolfNow makes things so simple in advance of check-in, nearly all you do is pay the bill. Capping it off with a 39 on the back 9 made it a pretty good day all around. Chomping at the bit to get back soon!!

Course in great shape. Wildlife everywhere. Great experience.

i was there for play , my home to that course driving about 60 mile.
When I try to play.................. :(
there are nothing to ready.
carts not ready....
No restroom so dirty.
But, when I try to use cart, wet srat.
I can use.
so, I ask about peper towel for clean cart.
manager sad. I'll give you money back . go home.....
I 'll take a money and then play to other course.
so bad posture.
I never go to that place any more.

At first I felt that not having a driving range was a negative, it is if you came to practice. I like to hit a few before I start my round, just to get loose, make good contact, I can feel how I hit em well enough to get an impression. This course seems to always be wet, must drain poorly or located on a very low area. Pace of play was way too slow, waited on every shot, had a 9:32 tee time on a Sunday. All in all a curious mix of holes, some requiring placement off the tee, others grip it and rip it. Internal trees are not dense or threatening. Border tree line on a few holes can eat a misplayed shot. Not my favorite course on long Island, but far from the worst. Play it while the rock is there, and dry.

Greens and fairways are nice right now. Rough hasn't filled in yet. Course is pretty forgiving but very windy so be alert!

I have to say this is a beautiful course, and very well maintained. The greens were fast and challenging. One of the nicer courses on eastern long island.

Challenging, yet not overly so. Conditions were beautiful. Used golfnow to obtain lower greens fees.

This course could have been a much better experience. On two seperate occasions we had 4 !!!! groups on 1 hole. There was not a ranger in site. For $73.00 and a 5+ round it was a waste of my money. There was not even a starter on the first tee, just two proshop workers who didn't even care to come outside. Hopefully they are not the assistant pro and club pro. If I were the owners of this course I would fire them all! Drove about an hour to play this course and it was a big dissapointment. I wish your firm had a money back guarantee. There should be some accountability. If this was a restaurant they would be shut down. Hopefully you share this with your subscribers to golfnow.com
