Dog track!!
Troon have really destroyed what used to be a great golf course, and was always in tremendous condition. Troon, apparently, is the name the management company that took over the maintenance of the course this year. I asked staff yesterday, what has happened here? I could not believe the deterioration in one season, no areas roped off around the greens, flooding on most holes as apparently, they haven’t maintained water valves, etc, and in two days, Tuesday and Wednesday this week, I did not see one member of the maintenance crew on the course. It looks like Troon took 600k and ran!! It’s an absolute disgrace if they should get away with this!!
Golf with friends
Overall condition was very good even though greens were aerated a few days before. The only poor condition was the tee boxes,they were mostly dirt.
Good conditions, all things considered
A few of the tee boxes were a bit chewed up and the Woodlands 9 was quite soggy after heavy morning rain, but all-in-all, pretty good conditions for the price.
Perfect Sunday round
I usually skip doing these reviews but I just had such a good time at Blue Hill Golf Course on Sunday 8/25/24. Golf courses tend to be notoriously slow on Sunday afternoons however this particular time my group was never waiting nor feeling rushed from the group behind us. Even on par 3’s. Conditions were excellent as well.

The golf course was so bad condition even day before we has heavy rain !!
I never ever back there
All balled spots on the fairways and on some greens
Clown show no range in site also you pick a 18 to play then when you show up they change everything around so you have no clue where to go. No rangers and all balled spots within 50 yards of the greens on fairways
Poorly Maintained and Extremely Slow Pace of Play
The conditions were notably poor, particularly highlighted by a large hole caused by a mole in the bunker (around the green) on the 15th hole. This lack of maintenance is apparent throughout the whole course. Additionally, the pace of play was frustratingly slow, with no rangers in sight to manage the flow, leading to rounds lasting at least 5 hours.
Beautiful Course to play
Great course, nice long fairways. My only problem was the signage for where the next course was, got a little confusing until we finally found where to go
