너무 불친절….
거기에 나이든 할아버지들이 너무 불 친절하고 우리 앞에 사람들이 없는데도 기다리라고 하며 보내주지 않았음…
No Map?
Couldn't get a map of the course: not on the score sheet, or at each hole. At least the tees should have a map, drawing or something to help you plan your shots. Very disappointing!
Greens were all on hills and fast as cement
This will be my last time playing Somers. While the fairways and greens were in good condition, it seemed that every fairway rolled and rolled to the right. A perfectly straight shot hit the center of the fairway and rolled 50 feet through the fairway into the rough. The greens were even worse. Any put over 3 feet was an adventure. If you didn't sink the putt the hills took over and the balls rolled 20-50 feet off the green.
I quit after 9 because of the pin placements on each of the first 9 holes.

Beautiful Uncrowded Course
Beautifully kept course. Not crowded at all. Was a private course 2 years ago so it must still be a secret. Some greens are tricky, they look flat and are not. So glad we found it on GolfNow and tried it! The price was a bargain. But the lovely clubhouse restaurant was not. Although we saw specials boards for food and drink for other times.
There are a lot of non-golf activities at the clubhouse too including karaoke night and football watching parties. Great experience going there!
