Mixed feelings
Nice course layout. Great vows on some holes, especially 18. Greens in good shape , but pin placement made it somewhat frustrating, which is part of the game. Some fairways could use a mowing. Lots of cans and garbage in the adjoining woods by the tee boxes of a few holes. . Took 6 hours to play 18. If the weather was hot, which it was not, I would have cut out early. Price is steep, especially if you get those terrible gas carts. They are sluggish. I don’t understand how you can charge the same fee for two different carts? One is high tech GPS electric and the other like a Fred Flinstone car. The staff really had no good explanation and by their a attitude, I could tell they couldn’t care less. This must be addressed, if I was to play it again. It’s just not right!! Nice pro shop, but the staff are a little lax, when it comes to the customer. Great restaurant and bar staff really friendly. Driving range really great and easy to use. Gentlemen who runs the hut at the first tee was a really friendly and patient person. Overall I think the staff were more concerned about volume, rather than making every persons experience a good one. Despite some of these negatives that I believe hinder their customer experience, I would say, give it a try! It’s a nice course.

Good value
Very good course. Overall great condition. Love the electric carts with GPS and the refreshment cart. Just fix the tee box on the 7th hole. The blues are chewed up and uneven.

Lot of bare areas on fairway.The fairway doesn’t seem to have been mowed recently

Good bang for the buck
Well taken care of Muni golf course. Highly recommend it and would definitely play here again.

Opps
Too many holes cart path only..4th hole, nicest hole on the course now fully cart path only. For older folks just plain poison to play, especially after playing three which is understandablely cart path only. 4th hole, just move back cart exit markers. Slows pace of play and just adds needless drudgery.

Great, well-run course
Course was in great condition considering the drought. Pace of play was good, a little over 4 hrs. I appreciate having a ranger patrol the course to maintain pace of play. Not a lot of courses doing that these days. Electric carts are nice too.
