Not enjoyable
Played the back 9 first due to Aeration. Didn’t get the discount because I used a golf now coupon. Back 9 greens weee just awful. Needed cutting and smoothing. From 9 was aearated.
Sprinklers went off on every hole like they knew we were coming. No signs on how to get to 10 from clubhouse. (Course doesn’t go to clubhouse after 9 th. Hole. Not the best experience

Solid
This course is fairly good. The people there are friendly, the food is pretty good, and the overall experience is okay. The course conditions are just passable, but it is a very popular course that sees lots of play. Some issues do arise during the round. For example if you get a tee time that is a little later, sprinklers start going off in your face during the round, and just ruin the mood. Groups ahead can be very slow at times, but once again this is a popular course with many different people with varying ages. Past all of its issues, and the course being not excellent by any means, it is a good option for anybody and I would recommend it.

Sunday slow play day
Played on Sunday as predicted it was a 4:/1/2 hr round
Normally I don’t play on the weekends because of this but was able to play with my son and that was enjoyable.

Overall worth the money
Nice layout but they were aerating so we had to start from the 10th. Made things a little weird because the signage wasn’t the best and there was no cart person, which means the snack bar wasn’t on the turn. Nice layout though with a lot of the holes being pretty open. Direction on where to get our cart was also a bit poor, they have some old carts and some newer carts with the monitors but when we got to our carts there was about 12 of them waiting to be cleaned with nobody in sight. Had to settle for the old carts.

Nice course, a lot of blind tee shots The greens were at the end of aerator! Staff and stater very friendly!

Tee boxes
I was playing with a 12 year old boy who is new to golf and a 72 year old experienced golfer. Each hole only had three marked tee boxes (red white and blue) . I am of the opinion courses should offer more tee markers for varying distance ability. Tee forward.

Greens aerated
Back 9 greens were aerated and due to this we had $10 discount at check in. Probably will aerate the front 9 this week. Another 2 weeks should be fine with the warm weather but we need rain. Overall was a good day though.

Pace of play
There was a twosome in front of us being held up by a very very slow foursome ( one cart and two walkers) I wish the ranger would have let the twosome in front of us and us play through but the ranger never came out.

Beautiful course
Course is wide open with rolling hills and holes are not as bunched together as some other Westchester courses. Excellent conditions. Only issue was the start - we were “double booked” at the first tee time of 6:50am with others, so there were at least a dozen people waiting at the start and we didn’t tee off until 7:05am

Nice course. Sprinklers were going on when we were on the greens and tees. Didn’t mind that day it was hot.

VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY SLOW PACE
I booked 18 holes and with my 2:11 start I thought I could do all 18. But then my group got to the 2nd hole and the wait started. It kept getting longer and longer to each hole. We got to the 9th hole at quarter past 5.
No way I'm gonna be able to finish 18 holes with this turtle face so 3 of us quit. Don't know what did the 4th player did.
Having said this, TeeOff, I want my money back!
