Putting these greens is very difficult. The pins were poorly placed
Mohansic - nice place to play
There were friendly staff people at every stop. The course conditions were very good, and the course itself was fun to play. We had some bad luck getting behind a very slow group who had multiple open holes in front of them. We bypassed a hole to circle around them to the next one and it was nice to be clear of them. It is painful to wait on every shot.

This course is great
This is my favorite. The course is well kept .The staff is very friendly and professional . After the round I can relax in a friendly ambiance at the lounge.

Mohansic golf course
Very clean court, big open fairways so if you hit your ball to the left or to the right, you can still find it. Plenty of grass to ride your cart on which was nice. Garbage cans and porta potty’s every few holes which made cleaning up very easy. Overall excellent court and you aren’t being rushed to hit the ball while others stare at you.

Really Nice County Course
This is my favorite of the Westchester County courses. It’s an interesting layout with different holes—not a bunch of back-and-forth holes shoehorned into a rectangle. The first time you play it, you will not like how many blind tee shots there are. If you play it often, it won’t faze you. It’s in pretty good condition for a county course that gets a lot of play and where some folks don’t repair marks. A few of the greens have a lot of tilt and are no fun in early spring and late fall.

Decent Day On The Course
Rained all day before our tee time but it cleared up and wasn't soaked by any means. Greens were very nice compared to other courses around. Pace of Play was pretty bad however, got backed up to three 4somes after the 12th hole and was just slow after that. Friendly Staff though!

Pace of play was terrifyingly slow...
We were only able to play 13 holes in four hours...held up for ages with a drunk foursome in front of us who spent more time videotaping themselves being moronic than actually playing, and were passed by three groups ahead of us. Ranger should be out regulating pace of play. Was also charged non-resident rate and am a resident. Beautiful course, convenient location, but pace of play will stop me from going back.
