Country club feel
The course was in excellent shape; staff was friendly and accomodating. My only "complaint" was that there were too many "blind" tee shots...and without prior experience, it's tough to get proper sight lines. Overall, though, a great experience.
Nice course if your not in a hurry.
Nice course, afternoons expect 5+ hr round. To be expected at a public course but would be nice if they had someone putting a little pressure on the really slow groups backing it up for the rest. Only takes a few to create the traffic jam.

Nice course , pace of play adequate .
Course condition the same .
Nice wide open fairways and fairways well maintained. Hard to see where players in front of you are on course. Some of the white tees were more dirt than grass.
Consistent
Mohansic is always a great choice. Always in good shape and offers many hot deals. Be careful though with the carts....they are limited and the staff are very strict of when and how you gain access to said cart....
Pace of Play is Atrocious
This was the first round of golf that I have ever played that genuinely made me not want to play the rest of the round. We teed off thirty minutes late. The starter was very nice but clearly was doing the jobs of several others. Blind tee shots that require you to drive up 100-200 yards to ensure nobody is on the fairway. Get a bell to notify the group behind that it’s safe. Simple. At hole 14 we were 4.5 hours deep into our round. We lost all interest at that point. At the end it was nearly a six hour round. No ranger to facilitate play. Everyone should be able to play golf in a reasonable amount of time. I hope the staff can turn things around because this course has a lot of potential. Some simple fixes would improve pace and enjoyment for all.
Extremely rude Starter
Overall a nice course to play. BUT: I had a towel supporting a politician and the starter forced me to take it off my bag and put it away. He claimed it was against course rules and threatened to kick me out if I didn’t take it off. Just a heads up.

It's tooooo slow
They can't get the pace of play right. Every round is 5 hours. There are no rangers to close gaps. And there is no encouragement to have golfers play from the proper tees based on their handicap. Not a fun afternoon
No mention of ladies league

Arrived at course to find out ladies league playing
12 holes took over 4 hours quit after 12 learned my lesson
