St. Peters Golf Club

St. Peters has improved lots of areas over the last several years making it more enjoyable. The cart paths and bridges and creek areas are much better. The Tee boxes are all in pretty good shape. the fairways are decent although there are several areas that are somewhat bare, and lots of thin areas owing to the flooding from the nearby creeks. If you are playing the ball down, that makes for some poor shots. If you play "winter rules' and move the ball to a decent spot, you will be fine. The greens are in pretty good condition- consistent speed, few bad areas. It's an enjoyable course, with a few danger spots with several fairways running next to each other- #7 and #17 especially.

I thought the course was very nice, except for the greens. they were easy greens, the issue was though that they were heavily sanded. almost as much sand was seen as actual grass. they played ok, but slower than im used to. the fairways were very nice though and the pace was great. I would still play again for sure.

Very tight fairways. Confusing at times as to which flags you’re hitting towards. Greens in good shape for the most part. Unfortunately too many people don’t have the etiquette or basic common sense to repair their ball marks on the greens. Got a Hot Deal for this round. Not sure I’d pay full price to play here again.

Wanted a fast and familiar course for our morning round. St.Peters was the call. Interesting to see many off the tees set back. Gave the round a new feel. Didn’t hurt getting paired with a kid who almost dunked his tee shot right into the hole on the par 3 towards the end.

$35 for 18 twilight rate was fair. Clubhouse is nice but the conditions on the course were pretty rough. Irrigation leaks all over. Some holes bone dry, hard as concrete and others soaking wet. Greens were very long. Pace of play was abysmal as we were a twosome and had two fivesomes in front of us. It’s ok if you’re looking to just get a round in but wouldn’t spend a bunch to play here.

Last time we played we get behind golfers that won’t let play through, they also drove on greens, I told the guy a counter about these nuck heads, this war at end of the day no Marshall to be found

This was a really nice course. It was our first time playing. We were paired with a nice gentleman, Gary, and his wife, Jackie. They were regulars at the course. Staff did us a good turn pairing us with them. They were so friendly and helpful. Pace of play was slow because of an outing of chiropractors playing a scramble. We got a good deal through Golf Pass so I wasn’t mad that darkness fell before we could finish the entire 18 holes.

Played at 12:30. Two nice and GOOD players joined me. Weather was good. Had a good round.

For being stuck right by a major highway, the course is beautiful. It used to be 9 holes and they made it into 18 so it’s a little cramped and the par is only a 70 but overall I enjoyed my experience.

I've been here three or four times in the past year. The course is always look great. Folks are friendly and not very expensive. I will be back

I'm told this course was at one time a 9-hole course, expanded to 18. It feels cramped at times, and can be confusing to determine hole layouts. You also run into issues with other pairs/foursomes driving into your fairway looking for errant shots. But there is a good amount of water, especially around the clubhouse. There is also wildlife in the form of geese and heron, and I love that bit of texture. The greens were cared for, and the landscaping on the whole was very good.
