Great Track!
Always enjoy playing at The Links at Mulberry Hill. Great layout that plays much tighter than it appears. Multiple blind tee shots from the tips and lots of trees to negotiate off the tee from the back. Greens were in great shape. Not fast but rolled true. Bunkers needed some work but I didn’t hit in any (only an observation). Played all 18 in 3 hours! Needless to say… pace of play was great!
Only issue I had was 2 of my 4 players backed out at the last minute. Talked to the lady inside about possibly getting a rain check or voucher. Was directed to take it up with GolfNow. Lol! We all know how that works!!!! Won’t keep me from coming back but would’ve liked a little help.

Course was in great shape even with it being so dry for the last few weeks! Highly recommended!
Course layout
Couple holes are somewhst confising, luckily the maintenance crew was nearby and have us a helpful direction.
Course was in good shape and helpful syaff at proshop.

Great course, very forgiving fairways, few water hazards requiring some lay up shots.

The course was in great condition for all the rain we had. Most of the bunkers were filled with water.
Not what I expected!
We played on a Monday after getting rain on Saturday and Sunday morning! We chose to play there based on a 4.5 rating. It should have been rated between a 3 & 3.5! The fairways were not cut so there wasn't much roll! Every sand trap was filled with water so we lost 2-3 balls in the sand traps! The greens were average.... not fast at all but not extra slow! They don't have much of a driving range but at least they do have one but big hitters beware! There is a house at the end on the driving range that is about 240-250 yards! We drove down from Chesapeake..... may not go back!!
