Good drill.
Hi Carolin, great tip. During this time of year hear in the northeast, greens are aerated. Any advice dealing with aerated, sandy greens…..particularly on short putts inside 6 feet? Thanks, Jyuji
Really very good tip for short putts that I will be using for now on, hitting middle of the club face is the most important move there is in successful putting 👍🏼
Thanks Caroline, I'll try this. I find often that I decelerate and it also throws the alignment of my putter face off so I end up pulling or pushing the putt left or right of the target. Keep them coming. Thanks
Caroline, would you say the ratio of your backswing / follow through should be around 50/50% or more 40/60% for this short putting drill?
Very useful insights. Off topic, I notice that your putting grip is "left/lead hand low". Will you please do a Daily Tip on this preference, explaining why and how? Thanks.
thank u
How far should the distance be between the 2 tees, or as long as they are equal distance?
Great tip thanks I’ll work on it
Love the topic and the tips. When I reach for that little extra at the top of my swing, I come across the line and get steep which, for me, leads to pulling and hooking the ball. On video, my backswing looks good right until the last few video frames at the top. I would like to stop right there before it happens but it is challenging to break years of swinging a certain way. I know alot of good players get across the line but I am hopeful that shortening my backswing helps me to get more consistenly on or under the plane on my downswing. I am open to any and all advice. Thanks!
Good drill.
