One of the best technique videos this year - clear and simple advice.
First time I've ever heard about lifting the heel of the club off the ground a bit. Can't wait to try that. I'm 76; I've heard and watched LOTS of tips, tricks etc. Doesn't opening a Lob wedge, exposing more bounce, create more opportunity for thinning your short, or skulling it?
So helpful and informative. Thank you!
Hi Clay,
Love your tips! Thanks for the Chipping or as I call it Yipping tips!!
This episode was so helpful for the differences in stance and club position for chipping and pitching. Had a career round today including a 40 yard pitch for an eagle. These tips were invaluable.
When you open your stance for a chip or a pitch, do you swing down your target line or along your open stance? Otherwise, outstanding, understandable and helpful episode!
Thanks Clay! This is the best and most concise video I've seen on the difference between chipping and pitching and when to use them... and how to use them. Excellent!
Great video … very helpful
