Thank you
Using the band to help feel the muscle engagement and movement, great tip.
I like this drill. The band guides my lead leg so my knee does not slide forward and helps with weight transfer timing.
Great tip
Love the tip. Too many of us older guys don't do this. I will try it.
Thanks and keep'm coming. You are fun to watch.
Great lesson John. As a 15 handicap I have always been plagued by early extension. I like the way you simplfy the proper extension and hope I can get it to work for me.
Great lesson! Bringing in the band for "muscle memory", etc... is creative as well as a good way to strengthen key muscles/movements.
Sequencing is something that is currently utmost in my mind. To the extent that it can be incorporated into lessons like this...big bonus for us amateurs.
Great tip on extension
Excellent solution and drill for a problem that I have. I am fairly accurate with my irons but don't get the distance I could due to the lack of follow through and extension. Thanks John!
Thanks John
